Building Health Reports

When should you get one done?

Why get a Building Health Report done?

We spends 90% of our lives indoors and majority of that time is in your home. Your home is more than a roof over your head, but is the backbone of your lifestyle and wellbeing.  It can support or hinder your daily routines, your goals, and ambitions.

  • You can get a Building report done anytime, below are some suggestions of when you should consider one.

    • Prior to renovations. Renovations are a great time to retrofit your home and maximise your home to perform at its best (we recommend a 12 month study for a thermal performance for retrofit recommendations)

    • If you are experiencing condensation in your home, indicating a risk of mould growth.

    • Electrical and gas bills are high and you want to reduce the cost
