About me

The Person Behind the Data

I'm a registered architect with experience across local government and architectural practice, working on civic, education, and community projects. Through this work, I've seen how much time, cost, and uncertainty can come from making design decisions without fully understanding how a space actually works.

Data Driven Homes came from a simple idea — what if we could understand our homes better before changing them?

Rather than jumping straight into drawings or construction, I focus on helping people explore their homes through models, analysis, and testing. This allows you to see how your space functions, identify opportunities and constraints, and make more confident decisions before committing to design changes.

My approach is practical and structured. It draws on both professional experience and a personal interest in how buildings perform — including aspects like light, temperature, acoustics, and how spaces are used day to day. In some cases, this has extended into exploring ways to better understand and measure these conditions, but these tools are always secondary to the core goal: helping you make informed decisions about your home.
